DIRECTIONS
Use I-4 and take Exit 68 and travel north (right from Orlando, left from Tampa) on SR 535 (Apopka Vineland Road) to the first traffic light. Turn right into the Crossroads Shopping Center. Continue straight ahead to the Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf Course at 12545 SR 535.
START/FINISH
The Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf Course is open from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. daily except Christmas when it opens at noon. The walk must be completed during daylight hours. Ask for the Volksmarch Registration walk box at the checkout counter. Process paperwork on the picnic tables. TRAIL
This is a 10 km (6.2 mi) walk on sidewalks and streets in Disney areas near and in Downtown Disney in Lake Buena Vista. Trail is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Pets are not allowed in Downtown Disney. Please carry water.

DESCRIPTION
Lake Buena Vista encompasses the eastern side of Walt Disney World. The walk takes you through the timeshare grounds and the unique Disney Downtown shopping complexes. Enjoy dining, shopping, browsing, and strolling through Disney West Side, Pleasure Island (except after 7 pm when there is a charge for entering the complex and during special events), and Downtown Disney. The remainder of the route meanders through shaded walkways past some of the original hotels developed by Disney. Afterwards try your hand at some Pirate's Cove Golf - it is fun.
